Our Skyhatch range of roof access skylights offers an affordable solution for accessing your roof, facilitating essential maintenance tasks with ease. We provide two versions, either electric or manual opening.
The Skyhatch hinged skylight opens to approximately 80 degrees, offering versatility in accessing your roof space. The most unusual of installations for our Skyhatch Electric was an installation in an Indian village, where it was utilized to let smoke out of a teepee!
In the accompanying photograph, the Skyhatch install features a topshade blind fitted on the outside of the skylight, enhancing functionality and aesthetics.

The Skyhatch Manual, is our essential entry-level roof access skylight option, that operates without the need for power. Ideal for situations where roof access is infrequent, this version of the Skyhatch is commonly installed for maintenance purposes.
The latest version features completely new gas strut opening mechanisms, with calibrated spring-assisted openings for improved functionality. Additionally, we’ve enhanced the design with an extra grab handle, strategically repositioned and mechanically fixed them to the frame for enhanced strength and durability.
For heightened convenience and versatility, consider the Skyhatch Electric. Primarily designed for maintenance access, this unit can also serve as a natural ventilation skylight with the Skyhatch being stopped at any point. Its extruded aluminum framework is thermally broken and is supplied as standard in a dual color Qualicoat approved powder coat finish.
Operated effortlessly by the supplied intelligent LED wall switch, the Skyhatch Electric features dual lift twin mechanisms, ensuring reliable and stable support for the lid section when the roof skylight is fully open.
