Situated directly across from the stunning Hamilton Park, it was important to incorporate an outdoor rooftop space into this handsome brownstone. The primary objective was to establish access to a rooftop deck, transforming the previously inaccessible area into the primary outdoor sanctuary with great views.
This home is located in a historic section of Jersey City, New Jersey. Using our hinged skydoor, we were easily able to obtain roof deck access and comply with all the rules and regulations. Now, residents enjoy vistas stretching to Downtown Jersey City’s high-rises and beyond from the oversized wooden deck.
